Alan Stier

    During the past 25 years Mr. Stier has had the very fortunate opportunity to work in many different areas of the business world, whether it be in financial, investment, securities, administrative or production.

    After attending the University of British Columbia Mr. Stier became a Power Engineer from 1980 to 1998 and was responsible as a Control Operator for Westcoast Transmission in Fort Nelson, BC. In the early 1980’s, this was the largest gas plant in North America, producing almost 1 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day. Mr. Stier then went to Montenay Inc. as a Control Operator for 11 years where he ran the most innovative incineration steam plant in Burnaby BC.

    In the 1990’s and early 2000’s, Alan has been the CEO, officer and Director of publicly trading companies on the VSE, OTC Nasdaq and ASE. He was responsible for raising capital, promotions, project managing in the mining and tech sectors. Other responsibilities were investor relations, preparation of reports and filing with the BC Securities Commission and the Vancouver, Toronto and Alberta Stock Exchanges.
